PagesAway designs, builds and hosts websites. We are a service provider, not a marketing agency, not a hosting reseller marketplace, and not a legal or tax adviser.
We do not guarantee search engine rankings, traffic volumes, lead counts or revenue outcomes. No provider can, because search engines do not sell placement in organic results and we do not control them. Any figures shown on our website describe general industry research, not a promised result for your business.
Websites are delivered together with hosting operated by us. Your site remains online for as long as your hosting subscription is active. Details of what happens on cancellation are set out in our Terms of Service.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We never ask for your card details by email, telephone or chat, and we never ask for passwords to your existing accounts by email. If any website or message asks you for such details while presenting itself as PagesAway, it is fraudulent and not operated by us. Report it to contact@pagesaway.com.
As a service provider, we are responsible for our own content on these pages in accordance with § 7(1) DDG and general law. Under §§ 8 to 10 DDG, however, we are not obliged to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information, or to investigate circumstances that indicate unlawful activity.
Obligations to remove or block the use of information under general law remain unaffected. Liability in this respect is only possible from the point in time at which we become aware of a specific infringement. Upon notification of such violations, we will remove the content in question without delay.
Our website contains links to external third-party websites over whose content we have no influence. We therefore cannot accept any liability for this external content. The respective provider or operator of the linked pages is always responsible for their content.
The linked pages were checked for possible legal violations at the time of linking; unlawful content was not recognisable at that time. Permanent monitoring of the content of linked pages is not reasonable without concrete evidence of an infringement. Upon notification of violations, we will remove such links without delay.
